your mind is one of the most powerful weapons you have. be careful in how you use it, your life is controlled by iy; it can either create or destroy you! have you heard the saying 'you are what you think you are?' the way we perceive ourselves will be the way others perceive us. they say 'sexy' is an attitude; I agree, the way you carry yourself, your values, your confidence is what makes you SEXY! their isn't anything sexier than someone who thinks and believes they are! and also remember positive thoughts are like candy to our hearts. not only will it strength your hope, but it will help you live life in an 'easier way'. easy way to live life?, right.... life isn't easy, but we can make it less difficult by strengthening our faith in god, knowing that whatever happens, it is for the best. that what doesn't kill us can only make us stronger, and if it kills us..what are we losing right? we are in a battle field.. and our mind is one of our strongest weapons!
